Welcome!

Started in 2005 by acclaimed dancer and actress Barbara Hoon, Six Degrees of Wellness, located at 25 Bloomfield Avenue, Denville, NJ 07834 is Morris County's premier body conditioning and wellness studio offering a variety of services centered around whole body health, balance and well being.

We do not have "memberships" so walk-ins are welcome... check our schedule for a class that interests you and just come on in!

Announcements

July 4th weekend closing:

The studio will be closed Fri July 3 through Sunday July 5th for the holiday weekend. It will reopen Monday July 6th. Have a safe weekend!

Summer "School's Out" special

During the months of June , July and August, all high school and college students pay $15 per class. Payment is due at each visit. Beat the heat at our air conditioned studio and feel great for summer.

Cancer Wellness Program

Moving Beyond Your Cancer Diagnosis...from Surviving to Thriving

Moving On is a wellness program for cancer survivors to complement their medical treatments with evidence-based nutrition, fitness, stress reduction and self-care to help the survivor move from simply Surviving to Thriving! See the Events page for more details.

Fencing notes

Thursday evenings 7:30 to 8:30

Anyone can learn to fence, it's very safe and it's a great way to get in shape while having fun. It sharpens your focus and clears your mind. It can shred stress and help you shed weight. Contact Gary Carbone at gmc108@gmail.com with any questions or to arrange private sessions .
